I have been in the fitness industry for 9 years. In that time I have trained champion fighters, international athletes, movie stars and everyone in between.
My training style is know as functional bodybuilding. which is a hybrid program using functional movements and scientifically proven bodybuilding principle. We aim to give people the body composition they want, whilst keeping there body flexible, mobile and injury free.
