MEET CLAY

I have been in the fitness industry for 9 years. In that time I have trained champion fighters, international athletes, movie stars and everyone in between.

My training style is know as functional bodybuilding. which is a hybrid program using functional movements and scientifically proven bodybuilding principle. We aim to give people the body composition they want, whilst keeping there body flexible, mobile and injury free. 

 

Certifications:

- Bachelor of exercise physiology (studying)

- CrossFit Level 3

- Poliquin Biosignature level 2

- Pre-script level 1

- Australian Strength and conditioning level 2

- CrossFit / Australian Olympic lifting 

- CrossFit Kettlebell certification

- Training the strength athlete level 2 (Clean health)
